Media to make a difference, media to change things up.
Our current flagship project, “Through The Walls: A San Quentin Film” bridges the gap between those on the outside and in. In an effort to combat violence and downplay recidivism, a group of inmates inside San Quentin State Prison came together with outside performers for a seminal concert. Emphasizing the power of positive lyrics, the historical performance sought to change people’s mindsets through the walls of America’s most notorious prison. It features rapper Bobby “Blu Nose” Hall, who was shot and killed three months to the day following the concert.
